A father is a hero in his children's eyes and without him by our side, we feel like we have lost something.

In conjunction with Father's Day on June 21, Captain of the Selangor team, Taylor Regan shared his fatherly role to his two sons, Bodhi and Jax.

Being an import player in the local football industry has forced this Australian family to stay in Malaysia for several years.

"My kids are my everything. As a father, I think the most important thing in life is to provide and protect your children. For them to look up to me as a man and a role model is my ultimate goal," he said.

Raising children abroad is indeed a challenge for Taylor, but according to him, Malaysia is a good place for him and his wife to raise their children.

"Happy Father’s Day to all Red Giant Fathers. I hope today is special for you and your children. Life is short and your children are your legacy, make every moment count," Taylor's words towards the end of the interview.
