Wan Zack Haikal, Selangor winger has returned to training as usual with the team since SOP Phase 1 & 2 was conducted last month.

According to Helber Ricard, the team physiotherapist, Wan Zack Haikal has shown positive and remarkable signs throughout his recovery process.

"I started helping Wan Zack Haikal two months before he returned to play with the team as usual. There is no doubt that it is difficult for us to get back their performance after a player gets an injury, but he has undergone a very consistent recovery process," said Helber.

"We exposed him to several programs to help him such as strengthening and activation programs, as well as helping him complete all the programs that have been given to speed up the recovery process," he added.

Wan Zack was injured after playing in the second half during the Preseason Asia Challenge Cup 2020 tournament at Bangkok United at the Shah Alam Stadium, mid of January this year.

Selangor FA wishes Wan Zack Haikal can train vigorously and be able to play in the Malaysia League which is scheduled to resume on 26 August 2020.
