Selangor's mission to bring home 3 full points was accomplished after the Red and Yellow squad managed to beat Sabah 2-1 at the Likas Stadium for the CIMB Liga Super 2020, last night.

Selangor dominated the game since the beginning of the match but Sabah managed to balance the game, making the score tied 0-0 for the first half.

"I have trust and confidence in my players. That day when they play against PJ City, they didn’t give up. We should praise their fighting spirit because even during training they showed it, they want to win today, they want to win again for the next match, in order to bring Selangor to a better league position, ” Satiananthan commented.

"We were unlucky with PJ City, and now I can see the spirit of the players is very different. After conceding one goal, usually, other teams will be broken, but not Selangor," he continued.
