Khairulazhan Back Between The Posts For Perak FC Clash

Tonight, Selangor FC will visit Perak Stadium, Ipoh to play against The Bos Gaurus to continue their Super League 2021 campaign at 9 pm.

For the record, the Red Giants managed to collect three full points at home when meeting The Bos Gaurus in the first round of the Super League 2021 with a 3-1 result as a result of a hat-trick by Selangor FC's prolific striker, Ifedayo Olusegun.

According to Karsten Neitzel, the head coach of Selangor FC, the team wants to continue to show their best to get the next three points.

"For me as a coach, the team has played well and this is also a sign that all the players are very important in the team including the reserve players. I am really satisfied with the last three games, what we have achieved is all their hard work together," he said after Selangor FC recorded 3 consecutive victories recently.

"The Selangor FC coaches have prepared the team every week to face every match. During the training session, we will always strive to improve every weakness and strengthen the strengths in the team."

"We all hope to continue this good momentum. The team is ready for tonight's match. Hopefully, we can show good action and get the next three points," he said.

As for the players, Selangor FC could not list down Aliff Haiqal Lau who was injured during the match against Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) and Tim Heubach (ankle injury) until they have completed their physiotherapy process.

Meanwhile, three other Red Giants important figures; Halim Saari, Shahrel Fikri, and team captain Brendan Gan are also still undergoing rehabilitation sessions with Selangor FC physio and are expected to return to the team after the end of the season

However, Selangor supporters can breathe a sigh of relief when the team's main goalkeeper, Khairulazhan Khalid will returns to the squad after recovering from an injury last week before the clash with the Red Eagle in Alor Setar.

Perak FC is currently placed second from the bottom of the league with 13 points, while the Red Giants are 5th in the league with 29 points from seven wins, five draws, and five losses.

Tonight's victory will challenge Kedah Darul Aman FC's spot in the fourth position who have the same number of points, with 2 goals difference.

Hopefully, Selangor FC will bring home these three valuable points tonight. Come on you, Red Giants!
