SFC And SugarBomb Continues Collaboration For The 3rd Year


Meru, Klang - In conjunction with the opening of SugarBomb's new factory in Meru, Klang, His Royal Highness the Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj visited and inaugurated the  factory.

Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj as the Raja Muda of Selangor is the Chairman of the Selangor Football Club (SFC) and also the President of the Selangor Football Association (FAS). Since 2020, SugarBomb has been the ‘Official Fragrance Partner’ to the Selangor Football Team. In the first year of this partnership, SugarBomb released joint collaborative products, namely 3 air freshener fragrances (SFC Edition) inspired by Selangor FC jerseys in 2020.

In ushering the new season of 2022, SugarBomb has released its latest collaboration product, 3 EDP pocket fragrances (pocket perfume) inspired by the same concept, namely Selangor FC jerseys for 2022. This collaboration will also feature the use of the SugarBomb logo on the back of the SFC jersey, website SFC official, several SFC digital assets as well as promotions on each matchday involving the Selangor FC Team.

The plan to continue to work together in various aspects of marketing is to further strengthen the relationship between SFC and SugarBomb. SugarBomb also hopes that this collaboration will enable them to become the main sponsor for the Selangor Football team in the future.

According to the Founder and CEO of SugarBomb, Ahmad Azhari said, "We at SugarBomb are very happy to continue to be part of the Red Giants family for the third year in a row. I hope this relationship can be maintained and become progressive for both Sugarbomb and Selangor FC, "he said.

At the same time, the Chief Executive Officer of Selangor FC, Dr. Johan Kamal Hamidon also shared his happiness over this collaboration. "We at Selangor FC are always happy to collaborate with local companies such as SugarBomb. SugarBomb's confidence to continue sponsoring proves that sponsoring local football clubs can help increase the sponsor's branding as well as the company's sales value", he explained.
 
This special visit program was for the first time attended by the Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Ibni Sultan Sharafudin Idris Shah on 17 February 2022 who was present to inaugurate the new SugarBomb factory established for 5 months in Meru, Klang. He also attended the SugarBomb headquarters located in Klang handing over a signed jersey and also a mock check of RM1.5 million.
