Selangor President's team completed all the 2022 President Cup matches for the month of March.

The team is currently third place in Group B with nine points accumulated from two wins and three draws. So far, seven goals have been scored in between five matches.

Based on the schedule released by the FAM, the 2022 President's Cup competition will take a break during the month of Ramadan and will only return to action in May.

According to the head coach of the Selangor President's team, Shaiful Nizam, the coaches will utilize the break time given to improve any weaknesses that have been identified from previous matches.

"We coaches will focus more on our finishing. Three goalless draws shows that we need to improve the team's attacking area. This is what I see and will plan the best for the forward players to become more aggressive in scoring goals.

As for the defensive line, Alhamdulillah they are currently in the best condition. My boys only conceded one goal from a free kick. Insya Allah, we will fix every weakness from our observation from all the matches played before heading into the next match," explained Coach Shaiful.
