According to Selangor FC Head Coach, Tan Cheng Hoe, despite the two goals advantage,he will be treating tonight’s match like it is a new match.
"The Terengganu team is known to be quite aggressive and very dangerous at home with a good track record. We need to watch their every move and be able to quickly absorb the pressure that the Terengganu team will give.
Tonight is like a new match. The two goal lead we have is not an advantage for the team. However, we have carried out our training session and the players also seem to be raring to go for the next 90 minutes," said Tan Cheng Hoe.
In terms of the availability of players for today's Malaysia Cup match, the Selangor FC team will be without Safuwan Baharudin who is still in the process of recovering from his 'mild traumatic brain injury', while Halim Saari is still in the process of fully recovering from his Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury ( ACL).
In addition, Zahril Zabri was also unable to join the team due to the Meniscus injury he suffered.
However, supporters can be delighted with the return of Yazan Al-Arab who has returned from his national duty with Jordan.
Selangor FC wishes the team success tonight. Good luck Red Giants!
