What is the Red Giants Team Card?

The Red Giants Team Card is a membership programme for our fans to enjoy exclusive benefits and privileges offered by SFC and our Team Card Partners.

How much do I need to pay to become an RGTC member?

You can become an RGTC member by either renewing your 2022 subscription for RM20 or sign up as a new member for RM25.

Is it necessary for me to renew my membership?

It is encouraged that you renew your membership annually so that you may retain the benefits and offerings that come with being a member.

Will I be able to enter the stadium during a matchday with my Team Card?

Yes, you can but only if you purchase a valid ticket online and apply your Team Card number to the Team Card field during the ticket purchase process.

Can I renew my RGTC if I am not a 2022 member?

No, the RGTC renewal option is only available for current (2022) Team Card members / holders only.

What happens if I choose not to renew my existing 2022 RGTC membership?

Your existing 2022 RGTC will lose all its benefits in the year 2023 and beyond.

What happens if I choose to renew my existing 2022 RGTC membership?

You will be able to enjoy the new 2023 RGTC benefits and offerings alongside your new 2023 physical card.

Will I be getting the new 2023 RGTC in physical card form if I choose to ‘renew’ my membership?

Yes. You will receive the new 2023 RGTC in physical card form if you choose to renew the membership of your existing 2022 RGTC.

Can I purchase the RGTC offline or at the SFC store?

No. RGTC purchases are all to be done online only via our SFC e-shop (online store).

How can I make a payment for my RGTC purchase?

All payment is to be made online only via the payment options available on our payment gateway platform.

How will I be receiving my RGTC?

All RGTC purchased online will be couriered to your mailing address mentioned upon registration and payment check-out.

What should I do if I lose my RGTC?

Should you lose your RGTC, please lodge a report, email us at teamcard@selangorfc.com. Alternatively, you may head to our SFC store at the FAS Training Centre. Please ensure that you have your identity card with you to validate, process and issue a new Team Card. A mandatory fee of RM20 will be charged for the new card.

Can I get a refund if I have made a mistake with my purchase?

No. There will be strictly a no refund policy applied for any purchase made by mistake online.

Is there a closing date for the Team Card sale period?

The RGTC sale period is open from the 24th of January 2023 and will run through until 30th of November 2023. Benefit validity also follows.

How can I withdraw my cash referral collections?

You may withdraw your cash referral collection once you meet the minimum withdrawal amount (RM50) in your account by clicking on the withdraw button followed by the filling up and submitting the necessary details for us to process your withdrawal via bank transfer.

How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?

The withdrawal process time to your bank account will take a minimum of 7 working days.
