Yohandry Orozco, Selangor FC's import player for the 2023 season, was crowned Man of The Match (MOTM) in the recent #NSESEL match.

Born in Venezuela, he is the only Red Giant import to have scored in all three competitions in the Malaysia League 2023. Orozco has scored six goals so far: three in the Super League, two in the FA Cup, and one in the Malaysia Cup. He has also made eight total assists for the team, including six Super League, one FA Cup, and one Malaysia Cup.

The Selangor FC Media Team interviewed Orozco about how he felt about being named Man of The Match (MOTM) in a recent match. According to him, "I felt very happy when I was told that I was the Player of the Year in the match against Negeri Sembilan FC last week. This award also somewhat increases the motivation to work harder for the team and myself."

"I am determined not to stop working hard to help the team achieve the goals they have been aiming for since before the season started. I am also confident with my teammates that I will also give my all for a few Super League and Malaysia Cup matches before the Malaysia League ends."

He also had time to leave a message to the fans of the Red Giants: "For me, the supporters are very important for the team in every game to help us be more enthusiastic to win. Thank you to the fans of Selangor FC for always supporting us throughout this season."
